Is it possible to add Taboola as a connector, please

In the My Claim Group account there are multiple meta sources to select from but you can only choose one. Is it possible to be able to select multiple for an overall view but then also view them individually too please

Hi, Currently, the 'Today' tab within Goals sets targets based on an even distribution of approvals throughout the day. However, in practice, we see an uneven distribution due to factors like working hours. Would it be possible for the Goal Progress to be based on a 7-day average for that specific client, at that specific time of day? At the moment, when clients log into Pruuv in the morning or early afternoon, it can appear as though we’re underperforming. Please see the attached example for context. Thanks!

One thing that is very handy on the HQ sheets is being able to see a breakdown of the daily stats together by each day, as it allows us to look how the results are trending, and can easily compare to previous day(s). Is it possible to add a table view of the daily stats on the main page, similar to how we have it in the hq sheet? I have attached a mock up of what I mean. Ideally we could configure the table to select which colums we want. Each table could be from the selected channel, or blended together on the overview page, again similar to how we have it in the hq sheets.

When we are setting up an alert, we have to manually set the condition threshold as a static metric. This means that if we ever change the monthly goal values, we will need to manually change the alert thresholds aswell. Can we set it so we have the option to manually set a threshold, or select the goal. So as an example, I want to set up an alert that if the Cost Per Approved is above £12.69 (manually defined) or is above the Goal "CPA" which has the goal value set to £12.69. This way if I change the CPA goal value, that will carry over to the alert because it is defined by the goal, not a static metric.

When updating goals for a new month, can the previous month's goals be locked in for that month and remain in place for future reporting so that we can analyse performance still? It would be helpful for us so that at the end of the year, we can analyse each months performance and will help with forecasting and trend analysis. This would look like a dropdown in the reports tab, select the month and this presents a summary of how we performed against the goals that were set for that month. It would also be handy to be able to pull numerous months into one view, to understand performance MOM.

Alerts are only really useful for me if I can flag if things did not meet target - so need to have the ability to say 'is below'

Unable to update the funnel stage when setting the final step in the funnel.

Lead data is not pulling through from AC for Car Finance Go, but spend data is from Meta. Yesterday there should be 3 leads and 1 approval

I added a new stage and tried to move it one stage up, but when I refresh the page, it doesn't save the change. Reclaim My Money and Missoldexpert are the ones I noticed were affected.

I'm unable to add funnel stages to the newly added accounts: Carfinanced and Car Finance Go. Steps I took: Login as agency user as (james.orquiola@leadly.co.uk)Switched to the company funnel settingsAdded the funnel configurationEncountered the error: "Failed to create funnel stage"

When on the month view the adjusted target is adding the whole day straight away from the start of the day which is making everything track behind. We need to update so that the daily adjusted view for that hour is what adds on. For example for Kandoo, we should be getting 40 approvals per day. When I logged on this morning (2nd October) the monthly adjusted goal was 80 (2 days) - when the daily adjusted goal for this hour (9.30am) is only 15 - so monthly adjusted goal should be 55: 40 from yesterday + 15 from today adjusted.
